One of the things we were very much looking forward to was
the "Zoo Day" with Jack's uncles and aunts at
"Cotswold Wildlife Park".
We had a picnic (again!) before we walked around
the zoo.
Granny made some alphabet biscuits for little R,
and he couldn't wait a minute longer for the others
so he started by himself......
We had so much food and this is not all we had.
It was an absolute feast! Mmm... yummy yummy.
I was very full and felt like having a nap rather than
seeing the animals.
The zoo is huge, and it takes at least 2 hours to look around.
The first time I went there, I couldn't believe that it was a
kind of zoo. It's really different from the zoos in Japan I know.
Little R was bit bored, because he couldn't touch the animals,
but really enjoyed the children's farm where you can
go inside the gates and touch some animals such as
sheep and goats.....
and pigs, too!
There was a small train which goes around the park,
and of course we had a ride.
Little R was so tired that he fell a sleep in 5 seconds in the car.
